The President’s Corner.........

One of the NCMA goals, and I think the most important one, is to provide professional development in the field of acquisition. To help us achieve this goal and to ensure that our members are the best and the brightest in the procurement profession, the Chapter is pleased to announce the formation of a Board of Advisors.

The individuals that have agreed to sit on this Board are senior procurement executives from both the private and government sectors. They will provide advice and counsel to the Chapter officers and the members, and assist in identifying areas for future education and training. The Chapter is very pleased that the following individuals will be our charter Board of Advisors:

I am always hesitant about giving advice because I think that a good scare is always worth more than good advice; but during the coming holidays try to find some time to REST, REFLECT, REJUVENATE and REJOICE.
