David Wallace called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

The Officer and Committee update/status reports were as follows:

President:

Vice President: Mark Williams is working on the board for next year and will submit the candidates to the newsletter.

Secretary: No report.

Treasurer: Seiara Stevenson will submit the financials.

Education: Made a $1,200 profit on the George Washington workshop.

Certification: Chair is vacant.

Scholarship: Scholarships will be awarded at the June 6, membership meeting.

Employment: No update.

Membership: No update.

Graalman: The Graalman package will be submitted in June or July.

NES: NES will be held June 20th.

Program: Barry Miller canceled for June. We are still looking for a speaker.

Social: No update.

Historian: No update.

Constitution and By Laws: No update.

Publicity/Webmaster: No Update.
