David Wallace called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

The Officer and Committee update/status reports were as follows:

President: The election of new officers will be held at the June meeting.

Vice President: Working on the board for next year.

Secretary: Needs articles for the newsletter by Monday.

Treasurer: Seiara Stevenson will assume the Treasurer responsibilities.

Education: No update.

Certification: Chair is vacant.

Scholarship: Scholarships will be awarded at the June meeting.

Employment: No update.

Membership: No update.

Graalman: No update.

NES: NES will be postponed until June.

Program: Barry Miller will speak in June.

Social: No update.

Historian: No update.

Constitution and By Laws: No update.

Publicity/Webmaster: No Update.
