David Wallace called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

The Officer and Committee update/status reports were as follows:

President: Discussion centered on co-sponsoring a 3 year masters certificate training program with SNS.

Vice President: No report.

Secretary: Katherine Bumgardner requested approval of the November board meeting minutes. Minutes were approved.

Treasurer: Will follow up with the financial report for the newsletter.

Education: The board will attempt to book Tim Myrick to do a workshop on Third Party Financing. Award Term Contracting may be a good topic for February.

Scholarship: No update.

Employment: Al Guidry reported that there were Contracting position openings in the local area, but were not being advertised through the ET NCMA Chapter, due to the web problem, which will be fixed in the near future.

Membership: No update.

Graalman: No update.

NES: No update.

Newsletter: Katherine Bumgardner requested newsletter articles to be in by COB today December 27, 2000.

Program: No update.

Social: Luncheons have increased $1, effective 1/1/2001.

Historian: No update.

Constitution and ByLaws:

Publicity/Webmaster: David Wallace submitted a contract for the web site update for officer signature.

David Wallace adjourned the meeting at 10:00 a.m.
