Elise Roske called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.

The Officer and Committee update/status reports were as follows:

Secretary: March minutes are available on the web.

Education: No report.

Scholarship: Elise Roske reported that applications were received. Selections may be made by the May membership meeting.

Program: Vicki Dyer reported that Joan Cronan is no longer available for May. Tracie Rucker will try to get Billy Max Paul for May. It was suggested that we also speak with Charles Crowe.

Membership: No report.

Employment: No report.

Historian: No report.

Graalman: No report.

Constitution and Bylaws: No report.

NES: No report.

Newsletter: No report.

Publicity and Website: No report.

Fellows: No report.

Certification: No report.

Social and Facilities: No report.

Treasurer: Mark Williams reported the March ending balance of $13,122.75. Mark Reported that once the workshop funds were deposited the balance would be approximately $16K.

Vice President: No report.

President: Reported for scholarship. Elise Roske discussed that Mike Criss' presentation last month was very well received.
