Mr. Youngs has extensive experience in government contracting from the corporate side, serving seven years in various management roles, including CFO, of a subcontractor to multiple prime contractors on several programs with the DOD and DOE. Mr. Youngs’ specialty and passion involves fostering new business development.

This oneday workshop will provide a guided analysis of financial reporting for contract managers and small business representatives, how to digest financial reports and the elements beyond the numbers, and understand how cash flow sometimes can be more important than profitability.

Contract managers are required to determine a seller’s financial responsibility when awarding contracts with federal funds. This course will help you beef up your knowledge and understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
